In Greece, many people abandon their dogs because they ca n’t go to keep them presently; luckily, there ’re places like Hott Spott, a cafe in Mytilene, Lesbos, which opens its doors to slapdash pets. Since July, it’s been letting the poor pooches inside to sleep every night.
“ When the bar closes each night, the pets come and sleep then. We don’t have a problem. From July, every night there’s a canine on the settee,” said a server at the cafe, who wanted to remain anonymous.
The islet of Lesbos has also been the center of the exile extremity “ The locals have increased situations of solidarity towards environmental and humanistic issues.
The new generation is more sensitive and well informed,” said Eustratios Papanis, whose original print of the coffee shop went viral when he shared it on 3 December.
