Mom Lets Her Dogs Out To Play And They Come Back With A New Little Brother

Dogs add joy and happiness to us every day.  Their adorable personalities, the love they show, and their faithfulness are just a few of the things that make them so special.  It’s impossible to look into their eyes and not fall in love.

We think that Sara Nisevic would agree.  One day while her dogs were outside playing, when she checked on them, she discovered that they had a new friend.  A cute little brown dog, that she knew did not belong to any of her neighbors, was playing in her yard.

Sara lives in a rural area and knows all the local dogs.  Sadly, dogs are sometimes dumped in her neighborhood. One look at the sweet pup and she knew this was the case, she said:

“We live in the middle of nowhere, and we know all the dogs in the valley,” she said. “The area is unfortunately known for dumping dogs.”

This lucky dog was dumped in the right place at the right time because not only did the pup make friends with her dogs, there was an immediate bond between Sara and the pooch.  She told The Dodo:

“As soon as we went out to say hi to the dog, he ran towards us and started asking for pets and kisses.  I felt an instant bond with him and knew that this was our dog.”

To be on the safe side, Sara tried to figure out where the dog came from.  She shared the dog on social media, asked around the neighborhood, and even took the dog to the vet to be scanned for a microchip, but there wasn’t one.

Already bonded with the dog she was calling Strudel; she knew the dog was now part of her family.  Not to mention there was big love going on between Strudel and her other dogs, especially Srna.

Srna is an older rescue dog and immediately took a liking to Strudel.  They liked to cuddle so Sara got them a bigger dog bed that they could share.  Strudel entering their life was just meant to be from the start.

“Strudel is very polite and was polite from the second we met him,” she recalls. “When called to come inside, he was hesitant at first, but as soon as he was in, he made himself right at home.”

Strudel is very comfortable and happy in his new home and we’re so happy that Sara’s dog welcomed their new friend into their yard and lives.  Since moving in, Sara said, “They’ve slept in that bed together every night.”  She goes on:

“He loves to lay with you in the bed and cuddle. Outside he is very playful. He is always bugging his big sister Srna to play, biting on her legs since he’s so small that it’s the only thing he can reach.”

We love happy endings!  Please share this story with your family and friends.
