Animal rescuer Monica Mitreanu from Romania has been rescuing dogs for a long time. However, she was left horrified during one of her latest saves involving a dog named Priscilla.
Monica had actually located Priscilla in an extremely abusive circumstance where the canine was hurt and continuously beaten since she was a puppy.
When Priscilla was brought to the sanctuary in Breasta-Craiova, it turned out to be one more traumatizing experience for her.
