Milagro Muñoz Araya and her husband saw a small dog wandering the streets near a veterinary hospital in Guapiles, Costa Rica.
They decided to help the dog, but he ran away, so they followed him and found an injured man lying on the bottom.
So, they called an ambulance for help, while the dog never left its owner’s side.
Paramedics came and took the person to the vehicle, the dog also jumped in, but they had to get rid of him because dogs are not allowed in the vehicle.
Milagro visited the hospital to see the person and even helped a dog named Chiquita by taking him to a veterinary clinic, where she works, to medicate him as he lives in streets.
They will do anything to let the dog and his man sleep in good circumstances.
